Shipping Policies
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Cuckoo Clocks, Wall Clocks, and Mantel Clocks are shipped UPS. When you have added a clock to your shopping cart, and are ready to check out, the shipping cost will be displayed during check out before you complete the process.
The Grandfather Clocks, however, are shipped by Homedirect Home Delivery. Choices, and costs are as follows:
1) Silver Service - Delivery to the room of your choice, 2man, 2 flights of stairs(25 steps).
Up to 221 lbs - Cost is $190.00
222 to 400 lbs - Cost is $213.00
2)Gold Service - Is Silver Service + taking unit out of carton, setting it up, and removal of packing materials.
Up to 221 lbs - Cost is $208.00
222 to 400 lbs - Cost is $236.00
On either service, must allow 2 - 3 weeks delivery time.
** The above charges do not include Ferry Charges to remote island locations, time stops, redelivery or attempt charges, storage charges.
If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote. Should you wish to purchase both a Grandfather Clock, and a clock from one of the other categories, you will have to make two seperate purchases, because of the different shipping choice for those categories.
Return Policy
You may return any clock you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
Backorder Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
