What is your Shipping Policy?
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. We ship by UPS. When you have added a clock to your shopping cart, and are ready to check out, the shipping cost will be displayed during check out before you complete the process.
The Grandfather Clocks, however, are shipped by Homedirect Home Delivery. Choices, and costs are as follows:
1) Silver Service - Delivery to the room of your choice, 2man, 2 flights of stairs(25 steps).
Up to 221 lbs - Cost is $190.00
222 to 400 lbs - Cost is $213.00
2)Gold Service - Is Silver Service + taking unit out of carton, setting it up, and removal of packing materials.
Up to 221 lbs - Cost is $208.00
222 to 400 lbs - Cost is $236.00
On either service, must allow 2 - 3 weeks delivery time.
** The above charges do not include Ferry Charges to remote island locations, time stops, redelivery or attempt charges, storage charges.
